Reserved tokens terms

This card purchase is a reservation for tokens delivered in 2027. It is a prepaid inference service, not a security or investment.

What you buy

One lot is 1 billion tokens of one NYTE Index grade: AAA, A, B or C. All four grades can be reserved by card. Specific models, throughput and planned facilities are discussed by call and are not sold by card.

Price and quantity

The per-lot price is the selected grade’s dated NYTE Index price less the 10% early-reservation discount shown at checkout. It is rounded to whole US cents, with half a cent rounded up. The lot subtotal is the per-lot price multiplied by the number of lots. The NYTE exchange fee is 0.1% of that subtotal, rounded to whole US cents with half a cent rounded up. The card processing fee passes Stripe’s card fee through at cost: 2.9% plus 30 cents, grossed up so Stripe’s deduction leaves NYTE the lot subtotal plus the exchange fee, rounded up to the cent. The total of these three components is shown before payment and is the amount charged. Your price is locked at purchase.

You may buy at least one lot and up to the card checkout maximum shown with your quote. Larger orders are discussed by call.

Delivery and expiry

Delivery is through a TrustedRouter account via the NYTE API. Tokens are usable January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027. Unused tokens expire December 31, 2027.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the only way to exit your reservation is through NYTE’s resale program. To request a full refund within 30 days, use Manage my reservation or email enterprise@trustedrouter.com with your position ID or Stripe payment reference. Our team will refund your original Stripe payment in full, including both the NYTE exchange fee and the card processing fee. Purchase time is the recorded time of NYTE’s first successful-payment confirmation. Later delivery retries do not change it. Your deadline is that time plus 30 days.

Transfers and resale

Reservations are transferable only through NYTE’s resale program. NYTE is the only buyer of listed lots; holders do not sell to or contract with each other, and there is no peer-to-peer transfer. The holder lists lots, and NYTE resells them to new buyers ahead of new inventory. On each sale, the holder receives the resale price minus a 5% resale fee, refunded to the original card and capped at what the holder paid for those lots.

After the 30-day refund window, you may list some or all of a position’s remaining lots through Manage my reservation. Lots inside that window cannot be listed; request a refund instead. Unsold listed lots can be withdrawn. Listing does not guarantee a sale.

Listed lots of a grade sell first-listed, first-sold, ahead of new inventory, at the current per-lot price for that grade, excluding purchase fees: the index price minus the configured discount locked at checkout. Holders cannot set prices. There is no peer-to-peer matching and no payout other than a Stripe refund to the original card.

For each sold lot, net proceeds are the resale price × 0.95, rounded to the nearest cent with half a cent rounded up, then capped at the original per-lot price paid. NYTE keeps any amount above that cap. The resale program’s 5% fee and the “capped at what you paid for those lots” cap are computed on the per-lot price excluding the NYTE exchange fee and card processing fee. The 5% fee is calculated per lot before multiplying by the number sold. The new buyer holds a new position for those lots at the price they paid.

Your position

Every completed purchase is a separate position with a stable ID. NYTE records that ID with the Stripe purchase reference so operations can identify your reservation. Keep your Stripe receipt for refund or resale requests.
